# Cannot proceed with Registration

The common reasons for not being able to proceed are:

* not all required fields are populated
* the email has a space before or after the email, or even in between
* app visibility option and data consent were not provided
* information sharing consent was not given
* a required field could not be selected (This is a common issue for non-English pages. You may click on the arrow down on the right side of the dropdown to activate it. Otherwise, you may use the English page)
* credit card issues.
