# I cannot open the link on Microsoft Outlook

Microsoft Outlook is generally good with email security. However, it may tag our links as unsafe due to the presence of encrypted details.

You may do any of these options:

**Changing Browsers:**
* Our platform works best on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. You may open either of them.
* Change one of them to be your default browser
* Go back to the link and click it

**Log into your email with a browser, instead of Outlook**
* Log into your email
* Open the login details email
* Click on the link
