How can I access the live chat support?
There is a blue button at the bottom right of the platform. Click on it to chat with the ICEJ Feast Information Desk. Our chat bot, Lavie, will first collect your information to ensure we can respond if you get disconnected. It can also answer basic questions, providing quick assistance. Human support will be available as soon as a representative is free.
