How do I log into the Feast Platform?
If you are registered for the Feast, you should receive an email from helpdesk@icej.org by October 14. The email should contain the following information.

The Feast Platform can be accessed on your desktop/laptop or mobile device. To access the platform, you may visit https://go.icej.org/live, and the link will automatically detect your device. The app detects your device time zone. It automatically adjusts. To change it, there's a circle button at the top with your initials or your picture. Please click on that. Go to my settings.

To access the Prayer Sukkah as a Feast Participant, you would need to download the app on your phone, or view it from the web platform. When using the mobile app, you may look for the Prayer Sukkah, and the stream should be available there. When using the web platform, you may scroll down to get the schedule, and click on the Prayer Sukkah to join the event. If you are unable to see the items under the date, you may zoom out (press ctrl and - together) to view the schedule.

To change the language of the platform on the desktop app, you can find the language switcher at the lower left corner of the screen:

To view the schedule on your desktop portal, zoom out so that the schedule is revealed at the bottom of the page (press ctrl and—together). To zoom back in, press ctrl and + together. The Feast program is also available on the desktop portal. There's a button under the video that says "Feast program" for your convenience.
