Cannot proceed with Registration

Accepted Answer

The common reasons for not being able to proceed are:

not all required fields are populated
the email has a space before or after the email, or even in between
app visibility option and data consent were not provided
information sharing consent was not given
a required field could not be selected (This is a common issue for non-English pages. You may click on the arrow down on the right side of the dropdown to activate it. Otherwise, you may use the English page)
credit card issues.

How do I change the language of the platform?

Accepted Answer

The Feast Platform is currently available in English and Finnish. You can visit https://go.icej.org/live. If you're in Finland, it will automatically switch to Finnish. Otherwise, it will be in English.

If you've downloaded the app on your mobile device, the landing page will appear as shown below.

The event code will also be indicated in the login instructions email. For English, the event code is en. For Finnish, the event code is fi. You may use the user name (your registered email) and the App PIN provided in the login instructions email.

If your device is out of storage and you prefer to use a web-based app, you may visit https://go.icej.org/webapp, which will lead you to the web app version of the app. It will detect your location and change the language automatically if a translated app is available.

How can I make a donation to the ICEJ?

You may visit https://help.icej.org/ to make a donation to the ICEJ. The website accepts credit and debit cards, and PayPal.

Why am I automatically logged in with the link?

Accepted Answer

The link works like a magic link. It has your username and password built in, so you don't have to type your username and App PIN each time. If you'd rather not be logged in automatically, just log out — logging in again will still use the magic link, so you'll need a regular login if you want to avoid that.

What is the 20+1 promotion? How can I qualify?

Accepted Answer

For every 20 paid registrations in a group, the 21st registration is free. This applies to mixed ticket types across the Desert-Jerusalem Package, the Jerusalem Package, the Online Basic Package, and the Resources Online Package. The free pass goes toward the lowest-value ticket in the group and can't be used on upgraded packages. To register a group of 20 or more and claim this benefit, email us at events@icej.org.

You can access the platform on your device by visiting the following link: https://go.icej.org/app. This link will also enable you to download our app from both the Apple Store and Google Play.
