When can I expect the replay?
It takes about 4-5 hours to encode videos into a Video-On-Demand format. This year (2026), we are exclusively using human translators for our language services. Therefore, it will take approximately 24-48 hours for us to make the translations available on the platform on demand.
How to Watch the Replay
On a computer:
Click the replay link in your email to open the desktop version.
On a phone:
- Completely close the app (don't just minimize it).
- Reopen it. If you're prompted to update the app, tap Yes.
- Look under Schedule or On Demand — the replay will be available in both places.
